Aureol Global Connections is seeking 4 experienced Pipefitter Chargehands to lead our skilled team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Pipefitters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate piping installation activities based on project specifications and deadlines.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements and resource allocation.
• Perform hands-on pipefitting work as needed while overseeing team operations.
• Inspect completed installations for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, implementing safety measures and practices.
• Provide regular training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in pipefitting or plumbing is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or chargehand role.
• Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipefitting.
