Job Description

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Pipefitter for its Kokomo, IN location. The Pipefitter will be responsible to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring skill and knowledge in trades such as plumbing.
**** Candidate must have HVAC industrial knowledge on Air Handlers, VAV Boxes, Restroom Urinals, Sinks, and Restroom Plumbing Replacement Experience.
Skills / Experience:
Plumbing & pipe fitting
Diagnostic, analysis and maintenance skills
Humidification and de-humidification systems
VAV building comfort systems, including VAV hot water boxes
Pneumatic controls, actuators
Basic Computer skills
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate should be a high school/GED graduate
Certified Journeyman preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
