
Focus Factory Training (D794) is currently looking for an organized, self-motivated Pipe Welding Instructor for onsite support for strategic sourcing initiatives at the Philadelphia, PA Focus Factories. This position will report to the Chief of Training for Strategic Sourcing at the Rhoads site.
The instructor will be part of a team, responsible for the training of supplier staff in various courses related to various pipe welding processes and wire types, as well as additional welding related courses. Qualified candidates will have a strong commitment to Safety and Procedural Compliance, be a self-starter and possess strong verbal & written communication skills. Candidates must also be driven by a desire to develop themselves and others, as well as possess the ability to multi-task with a friendly, approachable customer service demeanor.
