  • To be prepare Piping Stress Design Guideline Based on Project Requirements.
  • To review & Checking Stress Reports, Equipment GA, FRS & SAM Revisions, Stress Model breakups & Critical Line List. Reviewing of 3D Model, Checking of Isometric Drawings.
  • To Coordinate Piping Stress Review Activities & Inter-Discipline Review Meetings
  • To be Prepare Weekly/Monthly Work schedule Planning & tracking the activities at micro level & involvement in Project Review Meetings with Client.
  • Good Knowledge in piping analysis
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Good Knowledge in piping engineering calculations
  • Ability to read reports and understand the Equipment /System GA drawings
  • Knowledge of piping ASME / European code (EN13480).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in working with multi-national teams and managing large-scale projects

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Academic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
  1. Technical Proficiencies:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Piping Design and Engineering in accordance with ASME/EN codes
  • Demonstrable proficiency in CAESAR/AUTOPIPE/PEPS and other relevant software tools
  • Extensive knowledge of Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Valve Material Specifications (VMS)
  • Proven ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for complex piping systems
  1. Software Competencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Expertise in 2D and 3D drafting using AutoCAD
  • Proficient in CAESAR/K Pipe/PEPS/ Pipe net
  1. Critical Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and interpretative skills for equipment and system General Arrangement (GA) drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
