Who we are:

Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil construction company, is expanding its operations in Mildura with a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects across roadworks, bulk earthworks, renewables, and pipeline construction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pipe Layer to join our team and support the delivery of key projects in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lay and install pipes for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure in accordance with project specifications
• Work across a range of civil construction activities, including pipelaying, trenching, bulk earthworks, and roadworks
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and levels to ensure accurate installation and alignment
• Work alongside plant operators and machinery to safely complete pipelaying tasks
• Assist with trench preparation, bedding, pipe placement, and backfilling
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to deliver work efficiently and to schedule
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard of quality and compliance

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Pipe Layer / Civil Labourer / Drainage Worker)
• Strong background in civil construction, particularly in pipelaying and underground services
• White Card (Essential)
• Relevant tickets and licences (desirable)
• A proactive team player who takes pride in their work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised worksite
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
