Vaughan Infrastructure is a leading civil construction
company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Australia. Due
to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to join our
Brisbane team and play a key role in delivering a major civil utilities
contract across North Brisbane.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible
for coordinating and supervising self-performing pipe crews and subcontractors
across various work fronts. You'll ensure works are completed safely,
efficiently, on schedule and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  and supervise civil sewer & water crews and subcontractors across
  active work sites.
• Coordinate
  daily site activities to meet project milestones and client expectations.
• Ensure
  all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
  and project specifications.
• Plan
  labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
• Monitor
  quality of installation for water, sewer and associated civil utility
  works.
• Conduct
  daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Work
  closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Superintendents and
  Project Managers to deliver project outcomes.
• Mentor
  and develop site crews while promoting a positive safety culture.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven
  experience as a Pipe Foreman delivering civil utilities projects.
• Strong
  knowledge of sewer, stormwater and water main installation.
• Demonstrated
  experience managing multiple self-performing crews and subcontractors
  simultaneously.
• Excellent
  leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability
  to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• A
  strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity.
