Job Description

Discipline: Pipe Fitter

Location: Immingham

Rate of Pay: £18.64/hr PAYE + bonus per hour

Hours: 38 Hrs Mon-Fri

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12 months

The Role:

Our client currently requires additional Pipe Fitters for a 12 month contracts on a major refinery in Immingham. Duties will include:

  • Working from isometric drawings
  • Installation, and testing of pipes, pipe supports, valves etc in accordance with drawings/sketches and specifications.
  • Working in adherence with health and safety and quality standards
  • Signing on to applicable permit to work (PTW) in order to complete work scope on a controlled and safe manner.

Requirements:

  • 4 year Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ 3 in Pipe Fitting
  • CCNSG card
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Commitment to working safely at all times and ability to comply with company standards and requirements
  • Confident and with an ability to work unsupervised and work on own initiative
