Job Description
Currently, we are seeking a PIM Product Owner who will play a key role in driving our global product data and digital asset capabilities. As our PIM Product Owner, you will take ownership of our global Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management platforms. Your work will be essential in ensuring consistent, high‑quality product content that powers ecommerce, marketing, customer‑facing tools, and internal systems worldwide. You will be part of an international, cross‑functional environment and collaborate closely with business teams, IT, enterprise architects, and external partners.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Define and drive the PIM & DAM product vision, roadmap, and backlog together with the Business Owner.
- Maintain global product data models, taxonomies, attributes, and governance standards.
- Lead the design and optimization of PIM/DAM processes to ensure data consistency and efficiency.
- Oversee system implementation, configuration, and continuous improvements of PIM and DAM systems.
- Collaborate with ERP teams on SAP Material Master data integration.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality product data enrichment for websites, catalogs, configurators, ecommerce and internal platforms.
- Coordinate system integrations (API, Webservices, ETL) with IT and architecture teams.
- Act as the solution owner for PIM, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Drive acceptance testing, documentation, feature rollouts, and user adoption.
- Manage external partners and ensure smooth 2nd/3rd‑level support.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
- Support troubleshooting of integrations and data flows together with IT and vendors.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
What We Require:
- 5+ years of hands‑on PIM implementation and management experience.
- Strong expertise in PIM tools (e.g., Hybris PCM, Akeneo, or similar platforms) and solid understanding of SAP Material Master, product data structures, and attribute management.
- Experience with global rollout projects.
- Ability to work with integrations (APIs, JSON/XML, ETL).
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid project coordination skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
What We Desire:
- Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms.
- Knowledge of consuming product data in ecommerce platforms, CMS, or marketing automation tools.
- Product Owner or Agile certifications.
