The position Pillar II Senior Tax Manager (m/f/diverse) includes the following tasks:

  • Tax specialist for Pillar 2 – Global Minimum Taxation
  • Contact person for all Pillar II topics worldwide with Continental group
  • Pillar II support and advice for all legal entities of Continental
  • Support our Global Pillar 2 Implementation Project
  • Monitor changes in model rules, commentary and interpretations from relevant institutions as well as legislations worldwide
  • Preparation of lobby work for the discussion on level of tax authorities
  • Gathering information for preparation of data for Pillar 2 tax returns
  • Communication & alignment with Continentals main shareholder, auditors and tax authorities
  • Cooperation and alignment with Tax Reporting and Accounting Department
  • Support conducting Pillar II tax health checks
  • Support International Tax Department on other tasks and topics (e.g. country responsibility, acting as the central contact person for foreign financial managers, managing directors, tax functions or advisors, managing and overseeing ongoing international tax-relevant projects and developments).

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics, finance, business administration with a focus on business taxation or comparable qualification
  • Advanced Pillar II knowledge mandatory
  • Experience and knowledge in international taxation is desirable
  • Basis knowledge in IFRS accounting is preferable
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Pro-active driven, autonomous, team player, hands-on mentality, communicative skills
