About the role
MacKillop Family Services is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Pilbara team based in South Hedland. This position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of vital services to vulnerable children, young people and families across the region.
As the Administration Officer, you will be the central point of coordination for a broad range of administrative, reception and business support functions. Working closely with the General Manager, Pilbara, and the wider WA/NT Services team, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our services.

The Administration Officer role is classified at SCHCADS Level 2-3 ($71,571 - $85,798 pa) - dependent on qualifications & experience.
This is an Ongoing Full Time 38 hours per week opportunity (may consider Part Time School based hours) based in South Hedland WA within our Western Australia (WA)/ Northern Territory (NT) Services. The position reports to the Manager for Pilbara & NT.
