As our new Pilates Reformer Manager, you must be:</div><ul> <li>Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines</li> <li>Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others</li> <li>A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio</li> <li>Mentor staff and members who are interested in learning how to teach group exercise and preparing them for the certification experience.</li> <li>Assist with creation and communication of marketing materials related to the Pilates Program</li> <li>Track class attendance and report monthly statistics to General Manager</li> <li>Be the face of the Pilates Reformers program by maintaining regular communication with members, seeking input and responding to comment cards in a timely manner.</li> <li>Host certification and continuing education workshops to promote continuing education among staff and to increase network of local instructors.</li> <li>Offer specialty training programs to staff, such as “choreography forums” to help promote team building and skill sharing.</li> <li>Mentor staff and members who are interested in learning how to teach Pilates Reformers and preparing them for the certification experience.</li> <li>Availability to work a flexible schedule and teach multiple classes per week (may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events)</li> <li>Must be able to sell, upsell and resell Pilates packages</li> </ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></div><ul> <li>A nationally recognized certification in Pilates</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of class instruction experience.</li> <li>Able to work with others as part of a team.</li> <li>Able to communicate and motivate effectively.</li> <li>Minimum of two years management experience</li> <li>Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid; must be achieved within 60 days of employment.</li> </ul><div> </div><div>Looking for someone who can manage a Pilates Studio and also be a partner.</div> </div>
