Altea is not another big box gym. It is not a boutique studio. It is an integrated fitness and wellness destination, and the Pilates program here is built to match that standard.

Mat Pilates at Altea bridges classical precision with contemporary flow. Classes range from calm alignment work to beat-driven, high-intensity sessions, all designed to help members move better, feel stronger, and stay inspired. Sessions are delivered across both heated and unheated environments in the Sculpt and Glow Studios.

The instructor who delivers it well makes members move differently within weeks. That is the benchmark.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver precise, progressively structured classes that challenge participants at every level and build real movement quality over time. Every class has a clear intention and a beginning, middle, and end.
• Coach the technique, not just the exercise. You cue breath, alignment, and connection in a way that changes how people move, not just what they do for forty-five minutes.
• Span the full format range. You are as comfortable delivering a calm, classical alignment session as a beat-driven, high-intensity flow. The format shifts. The coaching standard does not.
• Modify in real time. You know the contraindications, you see who needs a regression and who is ready for more, and you address both without stopping the flow of the class.
• Show up prepared. Your class plan is set before the first participant arrives. The pre and post class sequence is delivered to standard every time.

WHO YOU ARE

Technically rigorous, genuinely warm, and precise in everything you do. Your participants leave knowing they worked and why it mattered.

• You are a real coach. Movement quality is the point. You notice a rib flare or a disengaged core and you address it clearly and kindly in real time.
• You are coachable. Feedback is how the program stays excellent. You receive it without ego and apply it.
• You are consistent. Your standard does not change based on how full the room is or what time it is.
• You are professional. You represent Altea in the studio and throughout the club with pride and polish.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Nationally recognized Mat Pilates certification required — STOTT, Balanced Body, BASI, or equivalent
• Experience teaching Mat Pilates in a studio or premium fitness environment
• Classical and contemporary training experience is a strong asset
• Heated studio experience is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and holds a consistently high standard of preparation and professionalism
• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement
