Pilates Instructor

Job

Responsible for providing a variety group Reformer class to an active population and their guests. Provide detailed instructions, proper technique and modifications for each exercise. Provide own music and class preparation for each class

Essential Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Instructor members with an uplifting positive attitude a variety of classes
• Advises participants on program and class policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized studio.
• Report any equipment issues to Fitness Director
• Provide and play music suitable for the class.
• Attend required trainings, workshops and staff meetings.
• Assume other duties as assigned by Fitness Director.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

• Nationally recognized Pilates certification
• CPR /First Aid and AED Certification required.
• One year of minimum experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation:
