We’re more than a piercing studio - we’re a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way.

Pierce with premium implant-grade jewellery, internally threaded titanium and 14ct solid white and yellow gold, along with lab-grown diamonds and semi-precious stones
How you'll drive success:
Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio, while proactively managing and maintaining piercing supplies to the highest standard
Inspire our community with styling advice, executing precise and aesthetic piercings - all with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for what you do
Host from the Heart, creating a warm, intentional space where every customer feels seen, valued and cared for, while holding space with empathy and compassion, especially during sensitive moments
Lead on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you
What you'll need to thrive:
This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1 year experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
Values Interview: a 30 min video call with our Talent Team to get to know you better, learning more about your journey, what motivates you and how you like to work.
In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo, alongside your Store Manager who will chat through your experience, skill-set and what you're looking for in your next role.
Feedback: We’re committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you. You’ll receive feedback over the phone or email at every stage in the process once you’ve had an interview so that we can set you up for success and help fuel your growth.
Our Brand Story:
Astrid & Miyu was founded in 2012 by Connie Nam. Born in Seoul, Korea she spent much of her life travelling and living in different countries. Inspired by her mother, jewellery had been a part of her life from a very young age.
Anytime she travelled she would always pick something up from local markets or small quirky jewellers. Her purchases were always spontaneous and serendipitous. However, when she wanted to purchase with intent for family, friends or herself she struggled to find a go-to brand. The experiences in existing brands were stale and impersonal, with products under glass counters and sales staff in black uniform. It all felt staid and uninspiring.
Connie saw this as an opportunity to bring something different to the market. Inspired by her local jeweller back home in Seoul, she wanted to offer products that were full of sentiment and innovative in design, together with an experience that was personal and engaging, and most importantly to create a brand that is inclusive and empowering.
A decade later and Astrid & Miyu is internationally celebrated as being more than just a jewellery brand.
