Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Restaurant General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of Pier Restaurant. This role oversees all front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and upholding service and brand standards.
The General Manager will lead and develop the team, working closely with culinary leadership to ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and genuine hospitality. Through strong leadership and operational discipline, the General Manager will play a key role in shaping the experience at Pier Restaurant and driving the success of The Sunny's pier food and beverage program.
