PICU Nurses
to join its high-performing pediatric critical care team. This is a unique opportunity for
Western-trained nurses
to contribute to cutting-edge pediatric care in a multicultural, state-of-the-art environment.

As a PICU Nurse, you will provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill children and adolescents, playing a vital role in stabilizing and supporting patients during life-threatening conditions. You will work alongside a world-class team of pediatric intensivists and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Deliver expert nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a
  Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  setting.

• 
  Continuously monitor patients' conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies.

• 
  Administer medications, manage ventilators, and use advanced life-support technologies.

• 
  Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care providers to ensure a coordinated and individualized approach to care.

• 
  Support and educate families during critical care episodes with empathy and clear communication.

• 
  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical systems.

• 
  Uphold international clinical standards, patient safety practices, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

• 
  Active and valid nursing license in home country or country of practice.

• 
  Minimum of
  2 years’ recent experience
  in a Level II or III Pediatric ICU.

• 
  BLS and PALS certification
  required;
  ACLS
  is an asset.

• 
  Preference given to nurses trained and licensed in the
  UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
  .

• 
  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

• 
  Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity in a diverse care setting.

• 
  Willing to work in Dubai
