The Pickleball Instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading safe, engaging, and instructional pickleball classes, clinics, leagues, and special programs. The instructor will create a positive learning environment that promotes sportsmanship, skill progression, and enjoyment of the game. Participants include those of varying ages and skill levels.
This position requires strong fundamental knowledge of pickleball to include:
Prior experience teaching and demonstrating proper pickleball techniques to others.
Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, snow, and humidity.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit on the floor as needed during activities or tasks.
