The primary functions of this position are to process customer orders by locating and packing garments into cartons and to place garments into active inventory after a case is pulled from reserve, but prior to orders being picked.

Associate Responsibilities
• Follow system generated instructions to pick garments from picking racks, big packs, and pallets to fulfill customer orders.
• Process customer orders using Goods-to-Person and Put/Pack wall workstations and by reading from a scanner
• Manually stock cases to flow racks, flat racks and/or big packs
• Transfer inventory from a case to a tote, preparing totes for Goods to Person stations
• Work safely and effectively alongside robotic-assisted devices.
• Utilize warehouse management system to perform selective tasks.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining safety and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Report problems in work area to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the preferred work method.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
• Demonstrate honest and ethical behavior.
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read fine print for extended periods of time
• Ability to positively interact with other associates
• Ability to adjust to doing multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a job with precise tolerance and standards
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
• Strength: Lifting- Up to 50 pounds frequently. Carrying- up to 50 pounds frequently. Pushing- up to 50 pounds frequently. Pulling- Up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Movement: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Climbing Stairs, Reaching Forward/Overhead, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching
• Ability to walk long distances and stand the majority of a 10 to 12 hour work shift
• Average hand/eye/foot coordination
• Hazards: Proximity
• This position has an On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.
