If you are a detail-oriented individual interested in warehouse operations, order accuracy, and working in a fast-paced environment, then keep reading! We are searching for a dependable Picker / Packer to join our Vantage Elevation team.
GAL Canada is seeking a Picker / Packer who, under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience with material handling equipment preferred
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in order picking and packing
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organization – maintains clean and structured work areas
- Commitment to health and safety – follows all policies and procedures
- Ownership – takes pride in work and ensures tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Teamwork – works cooperatively to support warehouse operations
- Communication – clearly relays and receives information
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Picking and packing orders accurately based on pick lists
- Verifying items, quantities, and product condition before shipment
- Printing labels and preparing orders for shipping
- Wrapping and securing skids for safe transportation
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Coordinating with shipping personnel to ensure timely processing
- Properly handling and storing materials
- Following all company safety rules and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
