Home Delivery Service (HDS) – Clayton South & Dandenong, VIC

Home Delivery Service (HDS) is one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics providers, supporting major retail and consumer brands nationwide. As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer & Forklift Operators, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pick Packers

• Work across temperature-controlled environments (-5°C to 25°C)

• Picking and packing orders accurately

• Preparing orders for dispatch

• Receiving and processing incoming stock

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

• Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards

• Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture

Forklift Operators:

• Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound)
• Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
• Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
• Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets

You’ll Bring:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to be on your feet

• Reliable with strong attendance

• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
