Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pick Packer to join our manufacturing team in Cheltenham, Victoria. This temporary full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient packing and dispatch of products, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in our production process, helping to maintain our high standards and support our operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Ensure all items are checked for quality and correctness before packing.
• Label packages clearly and correctly for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labelling.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items as required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
