Piaget is seeking a driven Commercial Executive to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our multi-channel footprint in Korea. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee diverse business models, including retail, wholesale and Duty Free. You will actively collaborate with key partners, refine boutique operations, and drive client experiences across all touchpoints. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Retail Operations

  • Oversee daily operational processes, including administrative workflows, office management, store support, and vendor coordination.
  • Drive operational excellence across stores by standardizing and optimizing SOPs.
  • Support store teams in operational execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives.
  • Monitor store operations and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle urgent operational issues (e.g.,maintenance, logistics, or store-related incidents) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to drive overall business performance.

2. CRC Operations

  • Uphold the Piaget standards by developing CRC guidelines and FAQs.
  • Assess potential and propose development opportunities in partnership with CRC Team

3. Lead Boutique Projects

  • Prepare and manage retail projects: BTQ opening, closing, renovation, support pop-up/in events, including preparation of related documents.
  • Manage contracts, documentation, expense claims, and internal approval processes.
  • Cost control and operational expense management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, or retail preferably within luxury brands
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude, with willingness to go the extra mile when needed (e.g., supporting systems)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with frontline teams and understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution capability
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership
  • Familiar with SOP development and process optimization
