Department Intro: Join Micron Technology’s dynamic engineering team based in Taiwan, where we strive for excellence in semiconductor process innovation. Our department is committed to pushing the boundaries of technology to achieve flawless production and outstanding process conditions.

As a PI Engineer at Micron, you will play a meaningful role in growing paths and improving baseline processes on-site. You will work collaboratively with our ambitious team to mitigate issues and manage MOL2 inline processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our world-class standards and successfully implement new strategies!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and refine process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.
• Analyze and improve abnormal process conditions.
• Build up the culture of using AI.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Established track record of developing and refining complex procedures.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and technology.
• Strong analytical skills to determine and resolve process abnormalities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Applying AI into your daily works.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in process management and project modification.
• Familiarity with new equipment/material evaluation and promotion.
• Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and upgrading process capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Familier with and capable to develop AI agents, GenAI tools.
