Physiotherapist – Women's Health & Strength/Performance Rehab Interest | Melbourne, VIC

This isn't a clinic where physio happens in one room and everything else happens somewhere else. It's physio, Pilates, strength, yoga and recovery all under one roof, with the physios and instructors actually talking to each other about the same clients. If you like the idea of being part of a proper team rather than a solo operator with a treatment table, this one's worth a read.

• Women's health is a genuine specialty here, not a side service, with dedicated care across pelvic floor, pregnancy and postnatal recovery

What you'll be doing

• Assessing and treating women's health presentations: pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy related pain, postnatal recovery and related concerns
• Also carrying a broader caseload with room for a strength and performance lean: musculoskeletal, post surgical, sport and chronic injury presentations
• Building gym-based and exercise-led treatment plans that connect naturally with the studio's Pilates and strength classes for longer term functional outcomes
• Working closely with the wider team (strength coaches, Pilates instructors, massage therapists, other physios) so nothing falls through the gaps for a client
• Clear, timely clinical documentation and communication with referring GPs and specialists where relevant
• Getting properly involved in a team that shares knowledge rather than everyone doing their own thing

What we're looking for

• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register)
• Genuine interest in women's health physiotherapy and/or strength-based, sport or performance rehab, whether that's existing experience or a strong desire to build into it
• A background in high-performance sport or athletic rehab is a plus but not essential, as is existing women's health experience, we're more interested in genuine interest than a box ticked
• Strong communicator, someone who can make a client feel properly heard in the first five minutes
• Team player mentality, this role only works well if you like collaborating rather than working in isolation
• New graduates and experienced physios both welcome, it's about the right fit more than years of experience
