• The role
• ● The hours required for this role are 40 hours a week for the right applicant
• ● You will have an opportunity to build your own caseload and assist in building a clinic team in a new clinic
• ● You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal, Workcover, Support at Home and NDIS clients
• ● This position is suitable for new Graduate Physiotherapists
• ● This position will not suit therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload or learning how to do so
• ● Step into an existing caseload and start earning bonuses and kicking your financial goals!
• ● Your level of experience will determine your salary package
• ● Annual salary package will range from $100000 to $150000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements
• ● Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $1000 - $20,000 per year in performance based bonuses
• ● You will have access to internal formal and informal clinic mentoring as well as external funding for external PD courses
• ● Our clinical mentors are highly skilled private practice physiotherapists who mentor our team on a weekly basis
