About the role:

BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Eastern Suburbs - Camberwell, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Ringwood and Hawthorn.

You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

About you:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and deliver individualised physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting
  • Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
