About You

We have a unique opportunity for the right Physiotherapist to join our team. Our Concord location is a great vibe with an amazing team, that is looking for the right person to come in and help the team grow. As our team and business is expanding, we have an exciting role for a practitioner looking to make an impact in the Concord community, we have an increasing list of clients to make the caseload your own. We would ideally be looking for someone to start in the coming weeks.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as:

• Ensure that clients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes over a treatment plan set out by you.
• Deliver high quality treatments with Hands on Therapy and Movement patterns. Our unique Manual Therapy and Movement treatment is core to our philosophy and clients have come to expect this from us.

• Develop life-long relationship with clients, through effective engagement.

• Confidently communicate the value of our service and your skills during any conversations about the client’s treatment plan or any objections they may have.

• Ensure clients are comfortable and enjoy the experience that we provide and attend their sessions.

• Provide a high level of customer service.

• Provide effective manual therapy techniques within a client’s treatment plan.

• Ensure every client completes a plan of care that was developed.

• Work with other health professionals co-operatively and in the best interest of the patient.

• Ensure clinical notes, AHRRs, NDIS and DVA reports are kept up to date and accurate

• Participate in, contribute to and help to develop the in-house educational training program.

• Assist in the production of marketing productions for the clinic including but not limited to workshops, JV events and the newsletter.

• Be on hand to participate in and contribute to the clinic’s social media activity.

• Engage in health promotion programs and campaigns to increase awareness to the general community

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and APHRA registration.

• Appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance (APA insurance would be sufficient).
• The right candidate would be willing to learn new treatment methods and is client outcome focused. We don't treat our clients once and then give them exercises.
• Great communication skills and a passion for delivering premium Patient-orientated care.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to engage with and connect with clients, to develop long-term positive relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic Physiotherapist, passionate about getting patients back to doing the things they love, with a focus on holistic movement.

You will have an opportunity to contribute to the shape and success of the clinic whilst still having the support and collaboration of a large, experienced team across four other clinics.
