Are you a passionate Physiotherapist seeking a dynamic role in community care with flexibility that fits your lifestyle?

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to make a real impact, supporting clients across NDIS, SaH, and private programs.

What’s it like to be a Physiotherapist at Gen Physio?

Our Physiotherapists work with a diverse range of clients in the community —from NDIS participants and Support at Home recipients to private clients—across all ages and stages of life. You’ll enjoy the variety of a broad caseload that challenges and develops your skills

Location: mobile community caseload built around your home suburb location.

  • Guided orientation into your new role with a 2-week onboarding process to get settled.
  • 1:1 Support from our in-house experienced team of Physio Supervisors
  • Fortnightly GenPhysio Physio Group meetings for professional development as a group and case discussions
  • Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
  • MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Physios, OTs, Speechies, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
  • Head office-based client diary and accounts support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

  • Professional Development - $2,000 allowance that you can access from 3 months service and 3 days paid study leave.

  • Work from home setup and starter kit - we supply everything you need to be set up for success: company laptop, mobile, printer, full PPE supplied.

Travel: Option of a fully serviced company car (when available) or an $8000 annual vehicle allowance (paid in each fortnightly pay run).

What do you need to have?

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Drivers license
  • National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
  • Appropriate working rights in Australia
