Requirements

• 
  Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialization in Physics.
• 
  Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• 
  Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in a secondary or high school setting, preferably in an international or bilingual school.
• 
  IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency certification) – required for Arab National, Western National, and native English speakers.
• 
  Proven expertise in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and student engagement strategies.
• 
  Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms used in modern classrooms.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills in lesson planning, problem-solving, and student assessment.
• 
  Experience in teaching biology within an international curriculum (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or American curriculum) is highly desirable.
• 
  Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered pedagogy.
• 
  Valid teaching license or certification recognized by UAE education authorities (e.g., KHDA, ADEK,MOE)
