Join a dedicated Radiation Oncology team where your expertise directly impacts the quality, safety, and effectiveness of patient care.
As a Certified Medical Physicist, you will play a critical role in the design, optimization, and delivery of advanced radiation treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and patient safety.
Working collaboratively with physicians, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and clinical leaders, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in treatment planning, quality assurance, and radiation safety. Under the direction of the Administrative Director/Manager or Chief Physicist, you will help drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all radiation oncology services.
What You'll Do:
*Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans to ensure precise and effective patient care.
*Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures, technologies, and treatment delivery.
*Partner with Radiation Oncology leadership and clinical teams to maintain comprehensive quality management and quality assurance programs.
*Collaborate with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of radiation safety.
*Support the implementation of new technologies, treatment techniques, and process improvements that enhance patient outcomes.
*Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning within the Radiation Oncology department.

$101.55 - $156.73
