Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse community in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Virtua Urgent Care currently operates locations throughout Southern New Jersey, including Sewell, Hammonton, Mt. Holly, Moorestown, Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Mullica Hill, Westmont, and Medford. Providers must be flexible and willing to travel between locations based on scheduling and operational needs.

You will receive a competitive compensation package starting at $266,000, with actual pay based on experience, internal equity, and market alignment. This role also includes eligibility for a productivity-based incentive bonus in accordance with the terms of your employment agreement.

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $292,200.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
