Urologist (General Urology with Interest in Female Pelvic Medicine) – Santa Rosa, CA

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking an enthusiastic, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our well-established practice in Santa Rosa, California.

This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys the breadth of general urology and has a particular interest in female pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction, and reconstructive urology. Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) is welcome but not required. Physicians will have the opportunity to develop and grow their female urology practice within a collaborative and supportive urology team.

Position Highlights

  • Flexibility for 0.8-1.0 FTE (1.0 FTE = 35 hours per week)
  • Broad-based general urology practice with the opportunity to pursue special interests in female urology and pelvic floor disorders
  • Opportunity to inherit an established patient panel and strong referral network
  • Ability to perform a wide range of female urology procedures, including bladder Botox, sacral neuromodulation (InterStim), mid-urethral slings, and pelvic reconstructive procedures, based on training and interest

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Interest in female pelvic medicine, reconstructive urology, and pelvic floor disorders preferred
  • Fellowship training in FPMRS is welcomed but not required
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care and collaboration within a team-based practice
  • Board certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • URPS/FPMRS Training preferred but not required
