Urology Opportunity with Mercy – Pittsburg, KS

$625K Guaranteed Salary + $50K Recruitment Bonus

Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg, Kansas, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our well-established, hospital-employed practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a thriving program with a large, existing patient panel and strong community demand.

Practice Highlights

  • Position available due to retirement of a long-standing provider (20+ years in the community)
  • Dedicated support team: Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant, each with 3+ years of experience
  • Experienced APP specializing in female bladder health
  • 8 days of call per month
  • Dedicated OR block time: 2–3 days per week
  • Strong referral network supported by Mercy Urology in Joplin, MO (30 miles away)
  • Advanced technology: Da Vinci Xi robotics, Holmium laser, InterStim, cryotherapy, urodynamics, ultrasound, and 3T MRI
  • System-wide Epic EMR
  • Teaching opportunities available
  • Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates

  • Average 500 births annually
  • Comprehensive anesthesia team: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs

Compensation & Benefits

  • $625,000 guaranteed salary plus $50,000 recruitment bonus
  • Additional earning potential based on wRVUs
  • Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • 4 weeks’ vacation + 6 holidays during guarantee period
  • 1 week CME + $5,000 CME allowance annually
