About the Company
Recover Medical Group is a startup working to make addiction and mental health treatment more effective and accessible for low-income people. We partner with governments to improve outcomes for individuals in need of treatment, focusing on ensuring low-income Americans have access to the best care available. We utilize a harm reduction approach and are dedicated to serving marginalized and underserved communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.
Our team includes professionals from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and former White House staff.
The Opportunity
As a Physician at Recover Medical Group, you will treat patients struggling with substance use. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients at all stages of their recovery journey. You will collaborate with leaders within the organization to maintain program quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of both patients and staff. You’ll collaborate regularly with the rest of the treatment team consisting of the medical director, therapists, and case managers to provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, will take ownership of patient care, build rapport, and who works well in a collaborative team environment. Benefits

Recover provides effective and affordable addiction treatment. We partner with state and local governments to help combat addiction in their communities.
Over 20 million Americans struggle with addiction. Less than 10% of people who need it get help, and for those that do, conventional treatment programs only work for 8%.
We're working to change that, by integrating medical care and medications into a comprehensive treatment program, and providing best-in-class treatment to all who need it.
