WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join to join our group at FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana, with satellite offices in Crawfordsville and Rensselaer. Interested candidate will be joining a large and knowledgeable group comprised of 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Average patient volume: 20 – 30 patients per day
• Will provide in-patient coverage for deliveries
• Call rotation: 1:6
• Maternal Fetal Medicine Provider On-Site
• On-Site Equipment and Services:
  • Davinci Robotics
  • Colposcope
  • Ultrasound
  • Laboratory Service
• Common Diagnoses and Procedures:
  • Pregnancy
  • Menopause
  • LEEP’s
  • PCOS
  • Endometrial Ablations
  • Natural Family Planning
  • Annual Physical Exams

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
