Organization:

SLH-Sutter Lakeside HospitalSutter Health seeks to hire a BE/BC Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Lakeport, CA.

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum management
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions, perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
• Perform surgical and procedural interventions, including cesarean sections and gynecologic surgeries, as indicated
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, patient‑centered care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards

Sutter Lakeside Hospital is nestled in the beautiful mountain ranges of Lake County and is a 25-bed critical access hospital. The critical access designation by the federal government ensures access to healthcare services for residents of rural communities. Sutter Lakeside is the only trauma center and certified stroke center in Lake County and is accredited by The Joint Commission. Our clinicians are dedicated to providing the highest quality and most complete health care possible to the people in the communities we serve.

The City of Lakeport in beautiful Lake County is located in the heart of Northern California’s wine country just north of the San Francisco Bay Area. EDUCATION:
Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited medical school
Other: Successful completion of a medical residency program.
Other: Successful completion of a medical internship program.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

5 years recent relevant experience preferred

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
MD-Doctor of Medicine Upon Hire
OR DO-Doctor of Osteopathy of California Upon Hire
CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA) Upon Hire
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
Board eligible or Board certified in area of specialty Upon Hire

Pay Range is $384,800.00 to $611,520.00 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
