We are seeking a licensed Physician to serve as Medical Director for a growing medical practice focused on treating patients involved in personal injury cases. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is interested in helping guide the strategic growth and development of
a medical
practice. The role includes the potential for an equity partnership for the right candidate.
This position is strictly a strategic leadership role. The Medical Director will not be overseeing or providing direct patient care. Instead, the physician will play a key role in helping shape the long-term direction, structure, and compliance framework of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-level medical oversight for the practice structure and policies
Assisting
with the development of treatment guidelines and clinical protocols
Supporting regulatory compliance and adherence to state requirements
Advising
leadership on best practices related to personal injury medicine
Participating in strategic planning and practice growth initiatives
Serving as Medical Director
in accordance with
Utah state regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
MD or DO with an active medical license in Utah (required)
Interest in medical leadership, advisory roles, or practice development
Experience in personal injury medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or physical medicine is preferred but not
required
Familiarity with
lien
-based or third-party billing models is a plus
Interest in long-term growth and potential partnership opportunities
