Job Category: Health CareClear Creek Dermatology, a DermCare Management partner, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Physician Liaison to lead local outreach, referral growth, and brand expansion across our three Texas locations. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a background in medspa, aesthetics, or wellness marketing who thrives in a commission-driven environment and enjoys building strong provider relationships.
This role serves as the face of our practices in the community—connecting with referring providers, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving patient volume for high-value dermatologic and cosmetic procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary sales and marketing representative for our practices, strengthening relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers
- Survey local primary care and specialty physicians to identify opportunities for increased patient referrals
- Conduct in-person promotional visits and presentations to highlight our services and providers
- Assist physicians in building and maintaining referral relationships with specialists
- Expand referral networks and establish a strong presence within the local healthcare community
- Liaise with referring providers regarding patient care, new treatments, and referral follow-ups while maintaining strong rapport
- Drive growth in high-revenue procedures and surgical services through targeted outreach strategies
- Partner with operations and leadership to align outreach efforts with broader marketing goals
- Track and report progress on referral development and relationship management
- Organize and lead local marketing campaigns, events, and public relations initiatives to increase brand awareness

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in a manager-level or independent sales/marketing role
- Proven success in commission-based sales, preferably within a medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness setting
- Strong background in brand development, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value professional relationships
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage physicians and senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based, performance-driven role
