Physician Liaison – Outpatient

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Kent, WA

Full-Time | & No Weekends

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 Annually

Standard Bonus $4,800 annual potential ($400/month), tied to Total Referral Volume & Total Clinic Visit Volume at $200 per achieved threshold

Retention Bonus Applied in Year 2 of employment, tied to year-over-year referral volume growth by quarter — up to an additional $4,800 in potential earnings

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to join our team in Seattle area, primarily Kent and SeaTac. The Physician Liaison works closely with our clinical team and is a brand ambassador to the community who will call upon local physicians to build relationships and prospect referral leads to grow the patient referral base. This position is essentially a combination of sales and public relations through strategically promoting the clinic's services and treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. The Physician Liaison is responsible for overseeing a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics.

The Physician Liaison is critical to the success of a clinic. The Liaison not only strives to increase patient referrals and strengthen relationships with providers and their staff, but as a community-facing representative, provides prospective patients and the community with a first impression of our brand. The Physician Liaison works to cultivate positive, open, and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers alike while managing feedback and strengthening our reputation. The Liaison is essentially the bridge between our clinic and the referring offices and our broader community.

Essential Functions

• Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams.
• Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans to meet clinic growth goals.
• Exhibits excellent time management, organization, and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyzes referral data and checks the DMR (Daily Metric Report) daily, facilitating marketing campaigns.
• Uses established templates and programs for lead tracking and referral management.
• Develops strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
• Works collaboratively with other clinic functions that interact with physician offices, including scheduling, front desk, and clinical staff.
• Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls.
• Uses research-based methods and implements strategies to build awareness and trust in the community.
• Identifies referral sources and target audiences within the assigned territory.
