Marshfield Clinic – Lake Hallie Center is seeking a BC/BE Med/Peds physician to join thriving practice in Lake Hallie, Wisconsin.
• Busy 100% outpatient clinic practice

Community Description
Lake Hallie, a community adjacent to Chippewa Falls, is one of the fastest growing and thriving communities in Wisconsin. As an extension of Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie sits on the banks of the Chippewa River, a key waterway used by early settlers, lumberjacks and largely German immigrants who settled the region. Lake Hallie is bordered by 14.4 square miles on the west by the Chippewa River, which provides recreation to the area like boating and fishing.Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages throughout their lifespan.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree
Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada). If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
Privileging documents and related credentialing requirements will supersede this job description in defining minimum qualifications, criteria, and scope of practice, if variation between documents exists.
Compensation
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
