Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Med-Peds physician to join our well-established primary care practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
- Busy 100% outpatient clinic practice located at the flagship site
- Enjoy a well-supported department with their own Behavioral Health Integrated Care Nurse and Diabetic Educator
- Nurse line is 1st call and call is 1:20 (phone call only)
- Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing)
- 4-day work week flexibility
- Teaching opportunities available for the Med-Peds residency program
- Opportunity to provide medical coverage at Norwood Health Center (Local Psychiatric Facility).
Medical Director opportunity available if interested.

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree
Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada). If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
Privileging documents and related credentialing requirements will supersede this job description in defining minimum qualifications, criteria, and scope of practice, if variation between documents exists.
Compensation
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
