Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatal Hospitalist to join a premier, integrated neonatology program in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our multidisciplinary team includes neonatologists, neonatal hospitalists, and advanced practice clinicians working collaboratively across multiple sites.
This is an opportunity to practice in a community-based setting with the support, stability, and resources of a large, physician-led multispecialty organization—while delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care.
As part of our integrated program, physicians provide care across two clinical sites, each offering a distinct scope of practice within a collaborative system:
Regional referral center with a 35-bed Level III NICU and access to advanced subspecialty services.
Community hospital with approximately 1,500 annual deliveries, supported by dedicated neonatal hospitalists providing 24/7 coverage.
Our neonatal hospitalists work closely with neonatologists, obstetricians, and labor and delivery teams across both sites to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality outcomes. This integrated model promotes continuity, clinical variety, and a strong team-based culture.
