Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Physicians to join our Family Medicine Extended Hours Access team that will redefine work-life balance while providing extended access care to our Maple Grove and Plymouth communities. This non-traditional schedule model will appeal to lifestyle-conscious candidates interested in a .58 – 1.0 FTE that values autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care. Minimum 5+ years full scope Family Medicine experience.

• No Call

• In-basket support

• An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks

• An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up

• Triage provided by registered nurses

As a Family Medicine Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
