
Gillette Children's ids seeking a part time (0.5 FTE) Physician Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle team.
The Physician Compensation Analyst is the primary analytical partner for Gillette’s performance-based compensation program. This role is dedicated to owning the back-end wRVU calculations, RVU crosswalks, and compensation impact modeling that convert coding, billing, and productivity data into accurate, auditable figures.
This role reports up through Revenue Cycle Management and partners closely with the Physician Compensation Program Specialist, the Specialty Services Manager, Coding, Chargemaster, Providers, and the Medical Staff Office.
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $43,922 to $65,988, with a median salary of $54,990 (adjusted for 0.5 FTE). Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
