Salary Range: $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience
A respected outpatient practice in Seattle is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This is a full-time role offering a consistent weekday schedule, collaborative environment, and strong administrative and clinical support. The PA will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care across a wide range of patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to coordinate care
Document patient encounters using an electronic medical record system
Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Certified by the NCCPA
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PA in Washington State
DEA license (or eligible to obtain)
Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient or primary care setting preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $140,000–$180,000
