Boston Medical Center – Brighton is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a revitalized campus and expanding specialty service line, focused on delivering high-quality musculoskeletal and spine care to the community.
Reporting to department leadership and working under the supervision of a Physiatrist, the PA will play a key role in both direct patient care and program development, helping to build and shape PM&R services at BMC Brighton.
Compensation Range:
$109,000.00- $158,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
