Job Description

TRIA Orthopedics’ Spine Surgery division is seeking a fulltime, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patientcentered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy, wellestablished orthopedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team-based spine care.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus on first-assist responsibilities, hospital management, and shared rounding.
  • Provide independent patient care in clinic, including postoperative visits, established patient followups, and new consults.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation with the larger surgical spine PA team.
  • Work primarily at TRIA Shakopee and TRIA Bloomington, with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A dynamic, motivated PA with orthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience
  • Candidates with general orthopedic surgical experience will also be considered.
  • This position is not suited for new graduates due to the level of surgical and independent practice required.
