Location: Waco, TX – Hillcrest 5400 Crosslake Pkwy, Ste 300, Waco, TX, 76712
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week
Compensation: Competitive hourly plus productivity bonus

NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Waco – Hillcrest clinic
This role is a great fit for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. At NextCare, you will treat patients of all ages while being supported by experienced clinical teams, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership.
Our full-time schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind. Providers typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, with no after-hours work and schedules released in advance.
