Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week
Compensation: $60–$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus

We are seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Plano, TX This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.

The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up.
