We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. This role is ideal for experienced clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.
Clinicians at NextCare enjoy true work-life balance, including no routine after-hours administrative responsibilities, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our full-time schedules consist of three 12-hour shifts per week, allowing clinicians to enjoy more days off than days worked.
You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real-time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the demands of inpatient follow-up.
